Selection Assessments

Tallann Resources has partnered with the assessment firm PeopleBest to develop customized selection assessments specifically for the staffing industry. The assessment evaluates individuals on 29 behavioral traits such as self-responsibility, detail orientation, sociability, and crisis response. These traits are then compared to the particular competencies relevant to the position, such as Team Building for a branch manager, or Sales Effectiveness for a sales rep.

Once the assessment is complete, one of our certified assessment professionals will analyze the results and provide feedback to the client, as well as the detailed assessment report.

A team assessment is also available that compares the client’s employees and develops a behavioral profile for future hires, as well as coaching and training recommendations.
